Troubleshoots via the phone hardware, software, and network operating problems and involves technical resources to ensure resolution
Applies understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users
Identifies, investigates and researches user questions and problems as well as isolating and resolving information systems problems
Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional, or service personnel
Receives and prioritizes issues and forwards using appropriate escalation procedures
Briefs customers and/or management on the status of resolution efforts
Recommends system or process improvements, including procedures, training, and enhanced documentation
Candidates must have Excellent English communication skills.
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 years Service Desk/Helpdesk/Technical Support experience is required.
Candidate must be willing to work in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.
Candidate must be willing to work on shifting schedule
Candidate must be willing to start ASAP.
Candidate must be fluent in English.•Candidates must possess a Vocational Diploma/Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field or at least completed 2 years in College.• At least 2 year of working experience in a call center for technical support is required for this position.• Candidate must be willing to work in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City.• Candidate must be willing to work in graveyard or shifting schedule• Candidate must be willing to start ASAP.
