The Reporting Analysts, coordinate with various internal groups to develop analyses and reports consistent with company strategy and report on campaign performance.

They supports marketing group in all reporting, dashboard creating and data analytics. Work closely with managers to build reports that can help improve targeting and decision making as a whole.

  • Produce Market Insights (Data analysis use for Planning using NetSuite, OBIEE) - as requested and proactively

  • Collaborate with the Campaign team, Seg/Sol, Sales team regarding their report and data analytics needs

  • NPS Report

  • Weekly Monitoring (Customer, Industry and Competitor Insights)

  • Marketing Campaign Dashboard

  • Campaign Effectiveness Report

  • Adhoc Analytics and Reports (Usage Report for Customers, CX Voice of the Customer Report)

  • Campaign Result

  • Tasks report, Touchpoint Code and Opportunity report (MQL Reports)

  • Data prospecting and validation, list generation

  • Other tasks directed by the Operations Supervisor

  • CRM Data Management

Complimentary Competencies

  1. Is passionate about business to business marketing and to work for a strong global brand

  2. Has at least 5+years of experience in marketing execution and reporting

  3. Has strong written and verbal communication skills

  4. Shows attention to detail and can follow/implement defined processes

  5. Degree related in marketing (Business Administration, Marketing or Media) or analytics (Statistics/Mathematics, Economics) or equivalent

Technical Competencies

  1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  2. Marketing Automation tools preferred but not required

  3. Reporting and analytics tool preferred but not required

  1. Strategic mindset and ability to effectively communicate actionable insights

  2. Ability to integrate syndicated data sources to develop comprehensive analyses

  3. Proven ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies in written and visual communications

  5. Project and time management skills demonstrated by the ability to manage a number of projects at the same time

  6. Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  7. Has good time management and negotiation skills
