Position Responsibilities\Requirements:

JOB SUMMARY:We have an exciting role for Product Specialist in our Makati office. You will be a part of the Client Services Team. The Product Specialist will administer necessary product requirements to maintain consistent account control of clients using FIS software products and ensure the quality and utilization of FIS software products satisfies client needs.


  • Support Account Management team to provide technical and/or functional information on Treasury application.

  • Communicate sales opportunities to the Client Sales Account Manager.

  • Communicate new product opportunities to business analysts.

  • Communicate product enhancement opportunities to business analysts or to R&D as appropriate.

  • Work with development and operations staff to service new and existing customers.

  • Responsible for software issues and queries generated by customers use of FIS software in a live production environment.

  • Manage and partner with existing local customers by ensuring proper support and fostering relationships.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or Information Technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.


  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in support for Financial related products. Treasury support experience would be a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments.

  • Experience dealing with mid-level managers within a financial organisation.

  • Excellent problem solving capability.

  • Must have the ability to prioritize issues.

  • Strong organizational, inter-personal and written communication skills.

  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.

  • Problem-solving skills, willingness for hands-on work and knowledge striving.
