Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation (PSPC) refines, blends, transports and sells a wide range of high quality fuels, lubricants, liquefied petroleum gas, bitumen and other specialty oil-based products. It operates a 93-thousand barrels per day refinery, 22 oil depots across the country and over 970 retail stations nationwide.

Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Reports to the Projects Team Lead.

  2. Directs andsupervisestheengineering,development,procurementand construction of assigned Capex Projects in Tabangao Refinery other PSPC CoB's and SPEX.

  3. Responsible for the engineering and development of projects in accordance with the DSM standards.

  4. Handover and close-out of projects as per ISO IMS

  5. Preparation of scopeofworkandmaterial andequipment specification toinitiate theprocurement phaseoftheproject.This also includes the evaluation of bids submitted by the contractors.

  6. Planning and scheduling from execution (FID) to commissioning (RFSU) phases of the project.

  7. Monitoring and control of project costs, which will be reported monthly.

  8. Maintain liaison with other Refinery Departments and Sections, Shell Projects & Technology (P&T), Contractors and other service providers that would result in the completion of Excellent (Safety, Quality, Cost and Schedule) projects.

  9. Implementation of projects in accordance with the approved Projects HSE Implementing Programme.

  10. Supervises HSSE critical activities related to Project Implementation.

  11. Performs other tasks as delegated by immediate supervisor.


Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate of any Engineering background

  • Working experience in various discipline

  • Mechanical skills, electrical and instrument knowledge

  • GSAP skills

  • People Skills
