Perform Compliance functions which include:

  • Responsible for ensuring that CRS is meeting the requirements of policy and procedures

  • Ensure that risk identified and mitigated through policy is clearly understood

  • Own RRMs and associated Gold Copy (under development)

  • Responsible for generating consistent, authoritative answers on global programs such as records management and third party

  • Should be involved in any new procedural roll outs as they occur to ensure best in class mitigation of identified risks

  • Ensures that global reporting requirements are met and data is submitted to global oversight (e.g. OTRC and Compliance) on a timely basis.

  • Liaise with CRS Country Teams to ensure awareness on any issue or change in the control environment affecting their areas of responsibilities

  • Support Risk and Control colleagues and act as their backup when required

  • Communication / coordination of corporate and CRS related policies, procedures and standards

  • Provide direction and guidance to CRS staff on corporate and CRS policies, procedures and standards

  • Provide and/or facilitate trainings on policies and procedures as required

  • Provide solutions on compliance with Citi policies and procedures

  • Attend regular and ad-hoc conference calls; ensure effective communication and follow-ups

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor



  • Economics, Legal, Accounting or Finance Degree desirable

  • Understanding of Internal Control, Audit and Operational Risk requirements

  • Knowledge in compliance or other control related function with operations and also finance focus

  • Experience of working in international environment

  • Knowledge of Citi businesses and controls (preferable not necessary)

  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written

  • Strong people management skills

  • Strong communications and influencing skills

  • Good IT skills covering Microsoft Office products
