Job Summary:

The new member will be part of the team that will pro-actively update the legal entity reference data in the Account Master Central.

Job Description:

Role sits within the APAC Entity Data Management Team, whose responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Identify, research, validate, set up, maintain, and refresh legal entity reference data (leveraging internal/external stakeholders and data sources) on central repositories/applications; legal entity data forms an integral component of credit risk exposure; typically, data spans legal name verification, address, nature of business, ownership etc

  • Assist in creating process flows and procedure documents for function

  • Perform quality reviews of client reference data and our supporting processes/procedures

  • Assist in the development of a remediation strategy to cover regulatory requirements and general business requirements relating to reference data

  • Assist in preparing detailed metrics packs showing progress for distribution to management

  • Assist in the evaluation and testing of system and process enhancements

  • Assist in adhoc requests and special projects

  • Work with the team to ensure continuous process improvement

  • Ensure compliance and adherence to set processing standards and controls


Job Skills / Qualifications

  • Business-related college degree

  • Experience in reference data management (not essential but useful)

  • Experience in working with internal and external data sources to conduct due diligence (Bankers Almanac, Dun & Bradstreet, SWIFT etc) (not essential but useful)

  • Experience of having worked in a banking environment (not essential but useful)

  • Proficient Microsoft skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Comfortable working with large quantities of data
