The position reports to the AMC (Account Master Central) BAU Maintenance Lead. He/she will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the GFCID Maintenance Team of AMC BAU.

Role sits within the AMC BAU Team of the APAC Entity Data Management Team, whose responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Maintain the GFCID (Global Finance Customer ID) / CAGID (Credit Approval Grouping ID) / CRGID (Credit Risk Group ID) data in AMC

  • Identify, research, validate, set up & maintain legal entity reference data (leveraging internal / external stakeholders and data sources) on central repositories / applications; legal entity data forms an integral component of Credit Risk exposure; typically data spans legal name verification, address, nature of business, ownership, etc.

  • Conduct analysis to map front to back data flows and provide subject matter expertise, providing input to project requirements to drive business, functional and/or system / platform changes

  • Perform quality reviews / refresh of client reference data and our supporting processes / procedures

  • Work with the team to ensure continuous process improvement

  • Management of the team’s resources, conducting performance reviews, team development, and broadening the knowledge base of the team as a whole

  • Manage and develop the team to ensure effective results

  • Ensure compliance and adherence to set processing standards and controls
