Our Philippines facility, being the first B/E manufacturing site in Asia, is engaged in manufacturing and assembly of Lavatory, Galley and Galley Insert products for the commercial aircraft segment.


As a leader in the aerospace industry, we are growing rapidly and have a number of exciting positions available right now, including a* *Sr Mgr I - Operations in our ALCI business located in FPIP, Tanauan Batangas, Philippines.



The Sr Mgr I - Operations** has the following duties:

  • Plans, develops and implements activities in multi-functional production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives, to include management of exempt and nonexempt associates involved in production, assembly, subassembly or fabrication operations, production planning and manufacturing engineering by performing the following duties

  • Lead the operations teams, such as fabrication, assembly, supply chain, warehouse and logistics teams. Provide daily direction and coordination with programs, supply chain and operations support teams.

  • Driver operational excellence through continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

  • Reviews and establishes production schedules based on product introduction, efficiency, materials supply and personnel resources; directs activities through subordinate managers and supervisors to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements that are consistent with cost and delivery conditions.

  • Informs assigned associates of production and/or material problems and coordinates with support groups to resolve operational problems affecting schedules.

  • Establishes and modifies operational methods and processes by determining changes in materials, equipment, and procedures; develops and establishes departmental standards and practices.

  • Plans and directs procedures and budgets; makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.

  • Establishes goal and objectives for daily, weekly and monthly production activities and for the individuals on the team.

  • Ensures EHS goals are achieved.

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

  • Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area, through department managers within the company having overall responsibility for planning, budgeting, implementing and maintaining costs, quality, methods, delivery requirements, and associates. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's guidelines, procedures and policies plus applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Direct and indirect supervision of a multi-functional teams that is accountable for production line operation, which can include supply chain team, stores and manufacturing engineering teams.

  • Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decision(s) on administrative or operational matters and ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from four-year college or university.

  • At least 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience of leading and managing multiple team with managers, supervisors and team leads.

  • Experience of managing KPI’s

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.

  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.

  • Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.

  • Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

  • Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

  • Proficient with Microsoft packages

  • Aerospace/Automotive industry experience

  • Familiar with operating within and AS9100 Quality System
