Job Description

JOB FUNCTION:

Maintain data integrity in SAP HCM system and provide resolution to related concerns. Produce timely and accurate HCM Reports as defined along with other system administration duties. In addition, administer the SAP Success Factor system to includes managing the master table updates; system refreshes; configuration improvements; testing of new features; and integration with 3rdparty vendor solutions. Support the interfacing of system users; auditing/troubleshooting and resolving system issues; and liaising between Talent Acquisition, Grace IT, Shared Services, and SAP SuccessFactors

  • DUTIES:

  • Responsible for creating, changing, delimiting and maintaining of user defined master data in SAP HCM including inter system relationships.

  • Initiate HCM transactions while ensuring accuracy.

  • Suggest areas of improvement on processes.

  • Preparing and reporting data for management reports, internal and external audits.

  • Support HCM related transition and implementation including system testing.

  • Ensures the adequate protection of relevant SAP based information assets from any exposure that could compromise the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of the asset.

  • Assist in gathering information required for internal and external audits to ensure compliance with required controls.

  • Administer and troubleshoot the platform in SAP Success Factors

  • Manage the SAP Success Factors Master Tables

  • Support and manage SAP updates

  • Support and educate users of the platform (internal and external)

  • Implement system enhancements

  • Develop, test, and produce Talent Acquisition/Onboarding and Talent Management reports and dashboards

  • Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties. Audit data and process for compliance

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.

  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint) and Windows based environment is required.

  • Working experience using SAP HCM and Success Factors is an advantage.

  • Willing to work North America hours
