Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities: Supervise the day-to-day operations of the help desk Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems Create and manage escalation procedures and ensure service levels are maintained Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team Suggest improvements to process Knowledge resource for other team members Has no authority for staff actions Required Qualifications: Completed at least 2 years in college Minimum 4 years of experience as an individual contributor Thorough knowledge of the team processes Technology Careers with Optum.
