Duties & Responsibilities:

Field Applications Engineer - Team Leader

Primary/Non-technical responsibility:

  • Interface with customers, focusing on improving customer satisfaction and developing customer relationships, achieving business fundamentals, division and company goals.

  • Will manage activities of individual contributors or project leaders in a section or department with accountability for results in terms of costs, schedules and employees.

  • Works on issues within the account either of reactive or continuous improvement in nature.

  • Provides technical leadership.

Technical responsibility:

  • Analyze and provide timely solutions to program related problems in the field.

  • Answer technical queries related to test programs, handler communications, etc.

  • Provide formal and on the job training to customers.

  • Create technical reports and contribute to e-knowledge.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:

Must be based in Clark or nearby area.

Strong electronic foundation

Has knowledge of analog and mixed signal test

Technically creative with good problem solving skills

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and native language

Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
