Job Description

The Partner Compliance Manager will report directly to the Global Partner Manager located in Manila, Philippines and will manage (a) Partner relationships and compliance, and (b) Partners resources’ system access in locations across the globe. This person will work closely with management in the Partners locations to ensure all compliance courses are completed on time and accurately. The candidate is responsible for the implementation of best practices across all vendor sites, operations and programs. Responsible for managing small and medium sized technical, adminstrative, quality and productivity projects. Also, may be asked to create ad hoc reporting to aid the business in acheiving business objectives.

Coordinate activities between global Business leaders, Partners and other resources to ensure accuracy of headcount. Prepare analysis and recommendations for the business to improve efficiency and performance, including but not limited to providing authentication and systems compliance monitoring. Manage accuracy of data within PPOP (“PayPal Operations Planning tool”) – Ensuring that the Employee Data is accurate by meeting with the OS sites on a regular basis to review all former teammates have been accurately removed by comparing names to the Employee Data files to ensure PPOP is 100% accurate based on roles, accesses, and current employment status. Working closely with Partners and Paypal Partners Relationship Director to track current and forecasted headcount. Manage access Authorization and Verification with Global Operations Compliance’s team to ensure flawless execution of Paypal and Partners strategy to efficiently delivering world-class service to our customers. Also, working with 3PP to ensure requests are well managed. Managing SAM (Secure Access Management) and ensuring teammates access various systems have been updated timely. Buidling and providing reports and analysis for compliance and risk teams and to analysis the attriction among partner. Utilize reporting to provide recommendations to other GOps leaders and to partners for process improvements. Provide leadership and develop resources to fully manage PPOP, Employee Table and SAM process with APAC. Assist in managing Global Operations on operational risk matters requiring review and approval by Global Operations Leadership. Participation in and helping to facilitate regular meetings with Partners to track HC forecast and better understand the operational risk matters. Participate in on-going strategy meetings with other GOps leaders and partners to ensure appropriate strategy is in place. Building and maintaining strong/active working relationships with Global counterparts
