Financial Analyst 2
Coordinate with Broker for the documents needed for shipments that require NTC Permit.
Coordinate with Brokers and Shippers the technical Manuals /datasheets requested by BOC
Check pre-computation of Duties and Taxes sent by Broker and seek approval from Signatory.
Send approval of Duties and Taxes to Brokers – to proceed with the Import Entry preparation
Assist Brokers to get Import Entries signed by Signatory.
Request payment for Duties and Taxes with AP Team and coordinate with Citibank to ensure timely release of payment (7 day payment terms on duty/tax payments)
Time to Time monitoring of customs clearing status and delivery to customers or warehouse.
Coordinate with customers if Brokers require ocular inspection on the deliver site.
Coordinate proper charging of customs related cost with Broker (usually with DHL) –
Informal shipments (media discs and Oracle ID Badges & Some Employee’s shipments )
Prepare Shipment reconciliations for Audit and Tax schedules.
Filing & Safe keeping of all documents (in compliance to Oracle policy and legal requirements) related to logistics and import / export.
Support any customs authority or tax audit of Oracle Philippines including retrieval of the above documents.
Assist PWC and Prepare documents needed for the Renewal of import / export permits with the BOC and BIR
Prepare and send DHL / Expeditors Billing to AP team for Scanning and payment.
Prepare monitoring report for all DHL / Expeditors Billings.
Assist in Preparing Export Declaration and other related documents for Export Shipments.
Respond on Consignee’s queries regarding Shipment Status.
Monthly summary report of import taxes (VAT & Duties) to be provided to PWC in support of the Monthly VAT returns

Financial support to business areas through financial analysis, budgeting, planning and forecasting; to facilitate decision making and future business strategies.
As a member of Oracle
- s finance organization, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results; preparation of annual budget. Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Prepares recommendations based on analyzes. May perform revenue and expense analysis, headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical skills. Ability to prepare Excel spreadsheets of high complexity. 2 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting preferred. CPA/MBA desired.
