MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The 3P Operations Manager will be the key resource in managing and overseeing all HPC 3rd Party toll-packing operations to ensure smooth and continuous flow as well as to drive cost efficiency and process improvements.

JOB SUMMARY

  • Drive production related KPIs for 3RD party operation mixing and filling (Safety, Quality, OEE, OR)

  • Drive production related budgets and savings for 3PM’s: Toll Fee & CEPs

  • Drive opportunities for improvement and focused improvement projects to lower cost, lower waste and increase productivity

  • Cascade and implement run strategies and projects to the production team.

  • Drives Manufacturing Excellence targets: OEE, OR by ensuring optimal equipment performance

  • Responds to equipment breakdowns by activating engineering technicians and contractors, ensuring resumption of operation at the soonest possible time, at highest safety levels, and of reasonable costs

  • Drives R&M targets: reduction in breakdown times, increase in OEE and OR

  • Reports KPIs and improvement plans to SCLT and regional partners

  • Interpret diagnostic results and crafts a short, medium and long term strategy aligned with the vision of the company

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or any relevant course

  • Preferably of a strong Technical background

  • Has strong command of English and Filipino language

  • Has advanced know how in MS Office applications

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry and

  • Will be based in Paco
