As we build a vibrant, passionate, and fun-loving team, we are seeking a well-experienced Spa Manager to oversee the day to day operations of the department.

The Spa Manager will manage the day-to-day safety and operations of the fitness center, swimming pool, recreational facilities, spa, sauna and therapy areas. You will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and marketing fitness programs and spa promotions. You will ensure that all associates undergo relevant training and coaching so they can successfully perform their job. You will display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplify excellent customer service, and create a positive atmosphere for guest relations. You will champion continuous improvement, constantly seeking and reviewing customer satisfaction data, developing action plans and ensuring execution, reviewing and sharing results with leadership. You will ensure that regular, on-going communication is happening in all areas of responsibility to create awareness of business objectives. You will be the driving force behind maximizing the financial performance of the department

Qualifications:

• University graduate of business, hotel and restaurant management, life sciences, physiology, sports science, tourism or leisure studies

• With progressive experience in fitness center and spa operations gained over the last 5 years in a 5 star luxury property

• Fitness trainer certificate is desirable

• Strong leadership, good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
