This position is responsible for supporting the sales vision and short term goals for assigned customer accounts that will drive low business/financial impact and will maximize opportunities for the customer and within defined area of scope.


  • With some oversight, inform distributors/customers about orders and allocation status, DR and Sales Invoices and other information needed to complete the sales.

  • Assisit in coordinating with Logistics and warehouse on scheduling challenges. And/or escalates complex conditions to the superior or manager.

  • Applies basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures pertaining to customer complaint process.

  • 1.) Complaint 2.) Log 3.)addressing to the concerned section. 4.)Tracking progress 5.)Communicating back to customer 6.)Closing the complaint.

  • With limited oversight on complex administrative task, interfaces with customers throught regular reviews.


Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support in maintaining and updating records such as:

  • Daily sales volume/withdrawal

  • Daily Accounts Recievable monitoring and collection.

  • Daily Fulfilment of stocks allocation and actual widrawn.

  • Distributors/client database.


Minimum Required Qualifications

  • University degree any Business Course.

  • 2 years experience in agri/foods business to business supply chain environment

  • One year of work experience in administrative function

  • With background in preparing reports and financial documents.

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Excellent communication skills (frequent interaction with different functions/levels)

  • Good analytical skills

  • Self-starter, initiative taking

  • Process & task oriented

  • Ability to perform under time pressure

  • Team leadership capabilities
