  • Methods and Time Study work for Robotics Automation Initiatives and for Updating of Area Workload Assessment.

  • Suggestion Scheme Program administration, coordination with the Business Unit to ensure implementation of approved suggestions and benefits tracking and calculation.

  • Support other Process Management-Led programs

Qualifications (heading) / Comp├ętences (titre)

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Management, preferably graduate of Industrial Engineering

  • Background on Process Improvement methodology like Lean, Six Sigma or Similar Improvement methodology

  • 1 to 3 years experience doing process improvement/work measurement techniques such as time study and work sampling, etc

  • Experience in facilitating problems-solving activities, training sessions (a plus)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
