As Head of Customer Marketing for the Philippines, you will provide leadership in terms of building executional expertise and centres of excellence with customers. We have a dedicated team based in the Philippines that recruit, inspire and nurture the best people we can find that ensures that your growth and development continues.

What you will need to accomplish in the role:
Gatekeep Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing information for commercial variables for Division/Distributor marketing/sales teams
Ensure National Execution Plan (NEP) roadmap and selling materials are of high relevance, quality and delivered according to NEP timetable
Enable exceptional best in class sales execution through great customer service and commercially focused resources delivered in a consistent, packaged approach, in a timely manner and of the highest quality across the Philippines sales organization including commercial innovation brand launches
What you need to bring to the table:
You must have Customer Marketing and/or Brand Marketing experience (Sales or strong Commercial experience a plus)
You must have more than 8 years of career experience in Commercial/Brand
You are able to manage several diverse functions
You are knowledgeable and passionate for the organization and its products/brands
You are driven and focused to energize the internal and external resources of the company
