Customer Service (MT)



The Customer Service Executive will partner with CD, Distributors and Customers and initiate activities to foster rapport and drive operational improvement and efficiencies


  • Work with Supply Planners to pre-empt problems and provide solutions on Customer, Supply, Demand other losses

  • Coordinate with Supply Planning and Stock Management Teams to secure inventory for Customers. Check on-hand inventory versus customer orders and coordinate additional stock requirement should on-hand inventory be insufficient, especially in the event of foreseen stock outs and promotional item allocation for the duration of the promotional period

  • Review of service level by category with the Supply Planning Team to track improvements in stock availability

  • Monitor on-site availability (OSA) and provide analysis and opportunities to increase growth through higher OSA

  • Work with Logistics Team to ensure high on-time deliveries to the customers

  • Feedback to Logistics and Quality Teams any customer feedback on product quality

  • Work with Accounts Receivable Team to ensure on-time collection and other cash application

  • Define demand drivers, sources of data and causal relationships

  • Work with Customer and WOM Teams to input promotions and other activities into the forecast

  • Communicate all Customer activities in respective category S&OPs for discussion in DPMs


  • Bachelor’s degree holder, any relevant course

  • Has strong command of English and Filipino language

  • Has advanced know how in MS Office applications

  • Has good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management background

  • Willing to be assigned in BGC
