We are looking for a SAP HR Administrator to manage the delivery of cost-efficient and high-quality HR transactional services within an agreed Service Management Framework. The role is based in Taguig City, Philippines reporting to the COE HRMS System Expert Team Lead.
As SAP HR Administrator you will also:
- Maintain employee and organization information through Personnel Administration and Organization Management in HRMS
- Ensure the accuracy of the tasks and processes being performed in the HRMS
- Handle HR IS concerns and resolves cases and issues through WIH Gold program
- Make the initiative for escalating issues to the relevant parties and demanding improvements of tools, routines and processes in order to work most efficiently
- Support with systems and tools related expertise about the HR SD processes and services
- Participate in the testing of new releases or modifications of systems and tools
- Participate in projects
- Interface with other stakeholders such as IT, RIM and GHMDG
- Protect the integrity of Personal Data when handling, processing, and accessing Personally Identifiable Information (PII), adhering to the HR Global SSC Security Document and to the RASO Security Handbook.
As our ideal SAP HR Administrator candidate, you must:
- Have a Bachelor degree, preferably within HR or relevant experience within required area
Have at least three (3) - year work experience with SAP HR Module (HRMS) or related applications from a Shared Services organization
Be highly analytical and attentive to details

Be able to maintain confidentiality
