We are looking for a Employee Central Technical Lead (SuccessFactors) to lead the delivery of cost-efficient and high-quality HR transactional services within an agreed Service Management Framework. Define and ensure adherence to defined performance indicators and SLA’s. Customer focus with defined governance with the stakeholders
- Implement change to Human Resources services
- Will serve as Subject Matter Expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central module
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Manage Shared Services Center financials and targets
- Education: Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Management
- End to end implementation experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is a major requirement for the role
- Experience in the shared services area is a plus
- Deep understanding in HR Processes and Disciplines
- Labor Relations, Laws and Legislation Knowledge
- Project Management Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
