The Technical Support Analyst, you will play a key role in the support of the applications and teams in the Talent & Rewards segment. In this position, you will set up and maintain web applications (both.NET and Java), desktop applications, as well as diagnose and correct application issues relating to

application deployment and configuration.

The Role

The Technical Support Analyst will also be responsible for providing tier 3 support for user acceptance testing (internal) and production environments (internal and external clients). You will work with business analysts, software developers, corporate IT and project managers in order to ensure the proper function of various applications.


  • Provide careful, detail-oriented resolution of support requests from project teams

  • Help identify ways to support our products more efficiently


  • Ensure delivery of high-quality services and products to internal clients

  • Effectively communicate with internal clients and project team

  • Attend meetings as appropriate to present support related issues or suggestions


  • Alert lead consultants or project manager about out-of-scope work in a timely manner

  • Assist in developing standardized work processes, tools, and methodologies that improve quality and profitability

  • Support the generation of new business as part of the broader team.


  • This position will require verbal and written communication with many different types of associates: technical and non-technical, local and remote

  • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively to manage dependencies between the project team and technical team

  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with colleagues at all levels

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related area

  • At least 2+ years’ experiencefor level 12 in incident support or related computing field

  • At least 4+ years’ experiencefor level 21 in incident support or related computing field

  • At least 6+ years’ experiencefor level 22 in incident support or related computing field

  • Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills are required

  • T-SQL / IIS experience isrequired

  • ASP.NET/C# experience isrequired

  • RDBMS, HTML, Object OrientedProgramming (OOP), Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA), Object RelationalMapping (ORM), JavaScript, CSS experience is strongly preferred

  • ASP.NET MVC experience ispreferred

  • Experience in the Financials,Human Resources or Benefits domain areas is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work withdistributed teams and particularly associates located in differentcountries

  • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills in English

  • Ability to work on“virtual” teams with members from different geographic areas

  • Ability to multi-task, and bemindful of deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and ability toremain focused on assigned projects

  • Committed to quality andcontinuous improvement

  • Willing to work on any shift schedule

  • Willing to beon-call during weekends

  • Willing towork on holidays depending on the business needs.
