  • Provides accurate Citibanking services to customers and to perform prudent financial transaction and cash handling activities

  • Performs financial transaction over the counter that includes encashment, deposits, withdrawal, remittance, etc.

  • Handles customer enquiries and refers leads to appropriate distribution channels; attend to and resolve ‘quick kill’ queries when necessary

  • Provides information on bank products and services and identifies cross-selling opportunities

  • Provide currency information and perform foreign exchange

  • Exercises care and diligence in the course of duty for detection of counterfeit notes and TCs, forgery, fraudulent transaction, money laundering, etc.

  • Balances general ledger, e.g. tallies physical cash and system statement daily.

  • Posts correct entries and verify customer information prudently and accurately

  • Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process, e.g. generate daily Manual Initiated Statistics (MIS)

  • Captures image and index of every transaction


  • IT Skills: Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Verbal Reasoning: ability to understand and draw accurate conclusions from written or verbal information e.g. identify key facts quickly

  • Calculation: ability to add, subtract, divide and multiply numbers quickly and accurately, which is critical to tasks involving calculations and estimation, as well as auditing and checking the numerical work of others
