Schneider Electric Customer Service Specialist - Ortigas in Philippines
Provides excellent customer service to stakeholder in ASCO Power Technologies (a business unit of Schneider Electric), supply chain (contractors, distributors, resellers, builders, end users, customers etc).
Respond to customer inquiries through emails and calls; Back- office customer support to North America.
Responsible for order management, data entry, order entry and expedites.
Identify General and Electrical Contractors.
Provide literatures, price & quotation and generate leads
Bachelor’s Degree of any course and Minimum of one (1) year experience in Customer Service environment.
Close attention to detail, extreme sense of urgency and perseverance.
Knowledge of computer systems and experience in data entry; Expertise in Order Management and Expedites.
Excellent written and orals communication capabilities using English.
Organizational skills required for carrying out his/her daily duties particularly in terms of time and priorities.
