Schneider Electric Customer Service Specialist - Ortigas in Philippines

  • Responsible in providing excellent customer service to various people in ASCO Power Technologies ( a business unit of Schneider Electric) supply chain (contractors / distributors / resellers / builders / end users / customers etc)

  • Responsible for order management, data entry, order entry and expedites

  • Job entries using ASCO system tool

  • Identify general and electrical contractors

  • Respond to customer inquiries thru calls and emails

  • Provide literatures, price & quotation and generate leads

  • Back office customer support, North America


  • Bachelor’s Degree of any course

Job Related Experience:

  • Order Entry exposure
  • BPO work experience
  • Customer Service, Order Management

Specific Knowledge/Ability:

  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer service environment.

  • Organizational skills required for carrying out his/her daily duties particularly in terms of time and priorities.

  • Close attention to detail, follow-up, extreme sense of urgency and perseverance.

  • Knowledge of computer systems and experience in data entry

  • Excellent written and oral communication capabilities using US English

  • Has great knowledge of the Order Management and Expedites
